Our head chef Meredith Williams is coming out of the
kitchen and on to the shop floor to impart lots of her
extensive cooking knowledge to you!
Learn how to cook delicious healthy recipes with fresh,
organic produce. Each recipe has been chosen for taste,
nutrition and good value for money.
Meredith uses lots of interesting ingredients that are high
in nutrition and flavour – so you will learn a lot about new
products and how to cook with them. For e.g. what the
benefit is of this salt over that, substitute grains for a higher
nutritional content and vegetables that you may not have
known what they are but they are easy to cook with and taste
amazing!
Also learn knife skills, food handling and general cooking tips
as Meredith creates these yummy dishes that everyone gets
to enjoy after the demonstration.
The cooking demonstrations are FREE and everyone is
welcome, they will be held in the store on the following dates:
